About the Role

As a Server/Network Technician at TS Conard Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing both our server and network systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Server Management: Overseeing server installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure peak performance. Will also need the ability to lead system implementation projects.
• Network Management: Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support: Providing exceptional support to end-users, handling server and network issues both onsite and remotely.

This position demands a proactive approach and technical expertise to deliver reliable solutions quickly. Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support is also required.
